Beaver Creek Lodge features versatile conference and event space in one of the most scenic destinations in the world. We offer 6,000 square feet of flexible function space able to accommodate everything from board retreats to sales trainings, private entertaining and corporate celebrations. From our sales team to our Exceptional Events Sales Manager, our staff of Grand Performers ensures a seamless flow and is dedicated to making your event flawless.
Blue Spruce Room
The 1,344 square-foot Blue Spruce Room is the largest of our venues hosting up to 100 guests and is conveniently located next to our restaurant. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide the room scenic vistas and fresh mountain breezes. It is divisible into two sections for smaller gatherings and offers drop down screens and wireless Internet to help accommodate your audio-visual needs. The adjacent spacious pre-function area is available for registration or to host a breakfast or lunch buffet.
Aspen Room
Our newest addition in private dining and meeting space offers a fireplace, mountain chic décor and floor-to-ceiling views of the valley for up to 50 guests. It is also adjacent to Rocks Modern Grill with access to your own private deck with a fire pit.
Rocks Deck
Adjacent to Rocks Modern Grill, Rocks Deck features stunning 10-foot bronze statues and warm, glowing fire pits.
Kessler Wine Room
Experience your next unique private dinner or conference meeting in our new 14-person Kessler Wine Room. Adjacent to both the Aspen Room and Blue Spruce Room, it can be used privately or in conjunction with both rooms. This room is great for buffets or breakout sessions, and it also has its own private access to our side deck offering spectacular valley views.
Juniper and Larkspur Rooms
The Juniper and Larkspur Rooms are perfect for smaller meetings and breakouts. Both rooms are centrally located with windows overlooking our magnificent Grand Bohemian Gallery. Both can accommodate meetings of up to 64 guests, and each room is divisible into two sections and offers drop down screens and wireless Internet. The two credenzas in each room complete the package presenting a comfortable and professional setting.
Board Room
Our Board Room is the ideal setting for your next executive meeting. This unique room features a 10-person board table with inspiring views of Beaver Creek Village.
Grand Bohemian Gallery
Plan a cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres reception, buffet or luncheon in the Grand Bohemian Gallery, featuring original and commissioned works of art by international and regional artists, a natural stone fountain, mountain chic décor, mahogany bar and fireplace.
You’ll be inspired by the many catering options at Beaver Creek Lodge. Custom menus prepared by our executive chef and a talented culinary team are sure to impress your guests.
